My mom’s water pipes burst and she wasn’t able to call my husband for help. She called Life Alert and they called him, and myself, and my daughter to let us know. They called my mom back to tell her husband help was on his way. They were very helpful.

The pendant and quick response of the Life Alert staff together with their knowledge, sent the EMS ambulance, called my family, and when EMT’s arrived - provided EMS with my medications and stayed with me on line until help arrived! Thank you!

On January 20, 2019, I fell backwards and fell on my back. I was unable to get up and, thankfully, I had my Life Alert necklace on. When I pressed the button, I had immediate help! Thank you for having this device available! This injury (fractured femur bone) resulted in surgery and lots of hospital therapy and home therapy.

I fell in January 2019, couldn’t get up, had twisted my knee and pressed my Life Alert. I have used it several times before, but this time, I had to go to the ER. I was admitted for 4 days, with pneumonia and swelling in left knee. I then was transferred to rehab for over a month.

I have problems with my legs and left knee, so I was going to my kitchen and felt my legs getting weak and shaky, so I was trying to pull the chair out from the table to sit down but didn’t get it out so I just went down on the floor. I live in a 10x45 old model mobile home, so I slid around over the floor for a long time but couldn’t get up or reach a phone, so I just pushed my Life Alert button and a friendly voice came on and got me help instantly as fire department is [not too far]. EMS and all were ready to help me. The lady on Life Alert kept telling me she was still with me – no injures, thank Lord! My 1st time using Life Alert, had it a long time! Thank you.

My mother fell and broke her hip. She pushed the Life Alert call button. The Life Alert dispatcher answered her call quickly and called the ambulance for her. The dispatcher stayed on the phone until the ambulance arrived and EMTs were with her.

On Feb. 4/19, I went to take out the garbage by the back door. I put the bag in the can and turned around to go back in house, and my foot slipped off the step and went down on the right side on a solid concrete drive. Broke my right hip. I had partial hip surgery. A lot of pain but I’m recovering nicely – thank you very much Life Alert, I had my button around my neck. You saved my life. Quick – response. Great investment – when you live alone!!!

If you would rather “be safe than sorry” I strongly suggest Life Alert. I have a higher fall risk due to some health issues. I fell the day after I got my alert, “bingo” help was here! A few weeks later I had a dizzy spell and head pain, again help was here shortly. I’m thankful neither of these resulted to anything major. Better be safe than sorry.

I fell backwards, landed flat on my back and was unable to get up. I used the [Life Alert] button (around my neck) to summon help and was answered quite promptly. The staff member notified 911, my building manager, a neighbor, and both of my children. He stayed on the line with me until the EMT’s arrived, and called me back later in the day to be sure I was ok.

I was having a wonderful dream. I did not wake up until I was on my floor – I fell out of the bed, knocked things off my nightstand and hit the far side of nightstand with my head and eyebrow, and I ran to my bathroom sink with blood pouring! As I was pushing my Life Alert, I was taken by ambulance to ER. Thank you, Life Alert, the hospital fixed me up and did head and neck CAT scans, all fine.
